Remote Student Enrollment & Outreach Specialist

About the role

Keddy Edtech is looking for a motivated individual to join its remote team as a Student Enrollment & Outreach Specialist. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective students and families, guiding them through the enrollment journey for our IGCSE and A‑Level tutoring programs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other online channels.
• Explain course offerings, schedules, pricing, and enrollment options.
• Conduct proactive outreach to generate and nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Provide clear, timely information to support student success.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with relationship‑building experience.
• Basic sales, outreach, and lead‑follow‑up skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management capabilities.
