About the role
SingHealth is hiring a Renal Coordinator on a term contract. The role provides counselling to renal patients and supports the doctors-in-charge of the renal registries in generating quality indicator reports.
Key responsibilities
- Educate mild chronic renal failure patients and end-stage renal failure patients in self-care.
- Teach patients at risk of developing renal failure about prevention and retardation of the disease.
- Provide financial counselling for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients.
- Assist the doctors-in-charge of the renal registries in producing quality indicator reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science or a healthcare-related field.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- An Advanced Diploma in Nephro-Urology Nursing is an added advantage.
