Rental Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Rental Sales Executive to promote our car‑rental services to corporate and individual clients in Singapore. The role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts and meeting sales targets while coordinating closely with operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market car‑rental solutions to corporate and individual customers.
• Identify and secure new customers through cold calling, telemarketing, networking and referrals.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to achieve revenue goals.
• Handle enquiries, recommend suitable vehicle or fleet options and arrange test drives.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, delivery, collection and servicing with the Operations team.
• Prepare complete and compliant sales documentation and maintain accurate pipeline records.

Required profile

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and developing new accounts.
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on meeting individual sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
