Research Assistant – 12-Month Contract (SGD 2800-3000)

About the role

Join BGC Group's Outsourcing Department as a Research Assistant on a 12‑month contract. You will support impactful programme evaluation through data management, research coordination, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required data.
• Review and validate submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Merge, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Maintain and manage databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline data management processes, including automation.
• Respond to stakeholder enquiries related to data collection and evaluation activities.
• Support research, evaluation, and administrative activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Market Research, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in data processing, database management, or research support.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as SPSS or R is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
