About the role
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University seeks a Research Assistant to advance AI‑driven education research. The role supports pedagogical projects within the School and collaborates with the National Institute of Education on interdisciplinary studies.
Key responsibilities
- Work on various problem statements related to AI in Education.
- Publish findings in conferences, journal papers, or book chapters.
- Assist in proposing sub‑projects for student supervision.
- Collaborate with NIE for interdisciplinary research and data collection.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, education, learning sciences or a related interdisciplinary field.
- At least 1 year of experience publishing papers in the AI in Education domain.
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary research methodology.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming and educational research.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking, organized and open‑minded.
