Research Intern, CNBC International (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

Versant, which owns CNBC, is looking for a Research Intern to support CNBC and its advertising sales team. The intern provides audience data and insights that help generate revenue, learning how data is turned into insights used in sales pitches and in measuring campaign performance. The internship runs from January to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse audience data and present it as charts and slides to support Corporate Strategy and the advertising sales pitch process.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports for advertising clients across TV, digital and social channels.
• Conduct desktop research to identify trends and developments across a range of industries such as luxury, travel and B2B tech.

Required profile

• University student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Legal right to work in Singapore; only candidates eligible to work there will be considered.
• Available for a full-time internship from January to June.
• Detail-oriented, with strong numerical and analytical skills, and good organisational skills to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Good writing skills are advantageous.
