Resident Consultant – Services Delivery

About the role

As a Resident Consultant you will join Nutanix’s Services Delivery team to provide day‑one virtualization consulting and day‑two operational support for enterprise cloud environments. The role combines on‑site customer engagement with remote expertise, allowing you to drive successful Nutanix implementations and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Nutanix virtualization implementations and operational support for client IT teams, both onsite and remotely.
• Collaborate with architects and subject‑matter experts to apply Nutanix best practices and accelerate customer adoption.
• Assess customer environments, identify improvement opportunities, and align solutions with short‑ and long‑term IT objectives.
• Work closely with the Nutanix Sales team to surface new opportunities and report on customer status.
• Participate in practice development, technical training, and soft‑skill enhancement activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality cloud solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, spending 2‑3 days per week in the office and traveling 20‑40% to client sites.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
