About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to join our team across Singapore. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout the dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders, offering suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, tidy dining area at all times.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently, balancing guest needs and service speed.
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal communication.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
