Restaurant General Worker

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Restaurant General Worker to maintain a clean and safe environment across all areas of our restaurant. You will be part of a team that ensures the dining, kitchen, and support spaces meet the highest hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of the dining area, kitchen, toilets, storerooms and common zones.
• Sweep, mop and wash floors to keep them spotless and slip‑free.
• Clean tables, chairs, windows, doors and other fixtures regularly.
• Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils and work surfaces as needed.
• Collect, separate and dispose of waste according to proper procedures.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom amenities.
• Maintain and store cleaning tools and equipment correctly.
• Report damaged items, safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety protocols.
• Undertake any additional cleaning tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Physically fit, able to stand, bend, lift and work for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual and capable of working independently.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards.
