Restructuring & Recovery Consultant (Graduate)

About the role

Baker Tilly Singapore is recruiting a Restructuring & Recovery Consultant for its graduates. The role manages a portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including liquidations, judicial management, schemes of arrangement and personal bankruptcy cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including liquidations, judicial management, schemes of arrangement and personal bankruptcy cases.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, legal counsel and regulatory authorities to manage stakeholder expectations and help resolve matters arising from engagements.
• Gain exposure to crisis management, other corporate advisory engagements and ad hoc assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, accountancy, finance or another relevant discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
