About the role
VENUS BEAUTY is seeking a proactive Retail Area Manager to oversee a team of retail assistants across Singapore. You will ensure smooth store operations, drive sales of beauty products, and maintain an inviting shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise retail assistants to guarantee efficient daily operations.
- Manage sales performance for the assigned product category.
- Handle inventory control, housekeeping, and visual merchandising.
- Provide outstanding customer service, process payments, and manage refunds professionally.
- Maintain a well‑stocked sales floor and organize display areas.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am – 10 pm, 6 days a week with one weekday off).
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
