Retail Executive – Customer Experience & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Executive to join our showroom team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, delivering a warm, professional and consultative sales experience while promoting our premium bathroom and kitchen solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of product ranges, features and brand positioning and communicate benefits confidently.
• Support daily showroom operations, ensuring cleanliness, organized displays and accurate stock levels.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate orders and enter data into sales systems such as SAP or C4C.
• Assist with retail promotions, in‑store events and O2O initiatives, converting digital leads into showroom consultations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–5 years of retail or customer‑facing sales experience (premium/luxury preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for design and premium lifestyle products.

Required skills

• Experience using SAP or C4C for sales administration.
