Retail Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Executive to join Alpha Thera’s island‑wide network in Singapore. The role focuses on promoting electric potential therapy products, educating customers and delivering excellent after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Share health and product knowledge with customers and educate them on the benefits of electric potential therapy (training provided).
• Interact patiently with customers, answer queries and provide after‑sales support.
• Achieve team‑based sales KPIs and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Participate in experiential marketing activities and earn rewards as a team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Diligent, self‑motivated and quick learner.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; basic English preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus, but training will be given to candidates without prior sales background.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
