Retail Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support daily shop operations, including opening and closing, and keep the store and storage areas clean, organized and ready for customers.
• Assist walk‑in customers with product recommendations, handle POS, cashiering and daily sales transactions.
• Prepare, cut, wrap and label cheese accurately, and monitor stock levels, expiry dates and product displays.
• Support in‑store promotions, events and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate collection and delivery for website and Grab orders.
• Receive deliveries, check against purchase orders and conduct regular stock counts.

Required profile

• Interest in cheese, wine and gourmet products (advantageous).
• Completed Food Hygiene course.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling cash/POS and basic stock management.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
