Key responsibilities

• Achieve the shop’s sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day shop operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and build teamwork among store staff.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Provide guidance and counseling to team members for peak performance.
• Support senior management with assigned tasks and projects.

Required profile

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Proven sales results and experience in shop operations.
• Strong people‑management and coaching abilities.
