Retail Operations Executive – Singapore

About the role

Join a fast‑growing retail team in Singapore as a Retail Operations Executive. You will be the front‑line liaison for customers, ensuring smooth store operations and seamless order fulfilment across both walk‑in and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the retail counter, greet customers and address enquiries.
• Handle daily store tasks including stock‑taking, goods receiving and inventory monitoring.
• Process and pack orders from online and walk‑in sales, preparing them for logistics pickup with proper documentation.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and support stock‑level management.
• Collaborate with warehouse and e‑commerce teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Assist with occasional events, booth sales and promotional activities.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum N‑Level, O‑Level, ITE or Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, inventory or e‑commerce preferred.
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
