Retail Operations Manager – Porsche Lifestyle

About the role

Porsche Singapore is looking for a passionate, customer‑centric Manager Retail Operations to lead the Porsche Lifestyle business across both physical stores and digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape and execute an omnichannel retail strategy that drives commercial performance while upholding Porsche’s premium brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Porsche Lifestyle retail strategy across store and e‑commerce platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end store operations, including P&L, budgeting, cost control, sales performance and visual merchandising.
• Oversee e‑commerce platform operations, inventory management and vendor relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team through performance management and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Use data‑driven insights to optimise the customer journey and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of omnichannel retail, merchandising and inventory management.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for the Porsche brand.
