About the role

Join Protech Alliance LLP as a Retail Sales Support specialist, helping customers with computer components, repair services, and PC customization. You will recommend suitable products, maintain strong relationships, and support the day‑to‑day retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries about components, repairs, and customization.
• Recommend appropriate computer parts based on individual preferences and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support basic housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with retail operations, including stock taking and inventory management.
• Achieve sales targets through effective engagement and product recommendations.
• Create and update customer profiles for CRM purposes.
• Participate in trade fairs and promotional events.
