Retail Store Designer

About the role

The Estée Lauder Companies is hiring a Designer, Store Design to join its Store Design & Visual Merchandising team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality CAD and Vectorworks drawings, ensuring consistency and precision across all retail projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support and study all projects to meet brand requirements.
• Review site conditions, propose solutions and maintain a clear material library.
• Coordinate with regional shop‑fitters, project managers, procurement and material suppliers.
• Produce accurate technical build drawings for skincare retail spaces.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure efficient delivery.
• Provide high‑level accuracy for design communication and adapt retailer requirements when needed.

Required profile

• BA(Hons) in Architecture or Interior Design from Singapore/APAC region.
• 3‑5 years experience with leading shop‑fitter or construction firms, strong retail design methodology knowledge.
• Proficiency in Apple macOS environment and the Adobe suite.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and project‑management skills.
• Passion for working with market‑leading beauty brands and strong communication abilities.
