Retail Store Manager – Baby Products

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our baby‑product outlet in the Paragon shopping centre. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff performance, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Train, coach, and develop the retail team while supporting recruitment as needed.
• Build strong relationships with VIP customers and handle escalated complaints, exchanges, and member events.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and report sales performance and customer feedback to headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, store procedures, and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of apparel retail experience, with at least 3 years in store management.
• Experience in children’s apparel or maternity retail is preferred.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day week, including weekends and public holidays.
