Retail Store Manager

About the role

YG CHOU is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and support sales staff and store clerks in customer service, store upkeep and product promotions.
• Develop and maintain employee schedules and plan promotional activities around holidays and sales cycles.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase store visibility, product line promotion and overall service quality.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee stocking, manage purchasing plans and liaise with suppliers.
• Implement cross‑training programs for staff and assistant managers to sustain productivity.
• Control controllable costs to preserve profitability.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Recruit, hire and train personnel as needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail store or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
