About the role
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead our store operations across Singapore. The role involves driving sales, managing inventory, and overseeing a team of Retail Assistants.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve profit targets for the assigned department.
- Manage inventory, maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards, and plan product allocation based on sales trends and customer demand.
- Supervise, coach and train a team of Retail Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Diploma, GCE ‘A’ level, Higher NITEC or GCE ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Service‑oriented, hands‑on attitude with strong customer focus.
- Availability to work a 6‑day rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
