About the role
We are looking for a proactive Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fruit and vegetable shop across Singapore. The role focuses on driving sales, managing stock and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day shop operations to maximise profit and control expenses.
- Ensure the shop is well stocked by overseeing stock preparation and inventory.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote best practices among staff.
- Achieve performance standards and sales targets.
- Motivate, support and schedule shop staff, including planning hours, leave and replacements.
- Handle cash, banking and related administrative procedures securely.
- Serve as key holder and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Experience in the vegetable and fruit retail industry.
- Familiarity with the end‑to‑end retail process, from stock handling to sales.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000.
