Retail Team Lead / Supervisor

About the role

Join Love, Bonito’s dynamic retail team as a Retail Team Lead / Supervisor. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support day‑to‑day store operations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading store operations, including daily checklists and inventory management.
• Coach and develop team members, providing hands‑on support on the sales floor.
• Drive sales targets and customer service excellence through training initiatives.
• Delegate tasks, give feedback, and act as the go‑to person for staff.
• Implement measures to prevent stock loss, theft, and wastage.
• Train new hires, schedule shifts, and ensure merchandise availability in all sizes and colours.
• Receive, process, and replenish stock, handling returns and transfers efficiently.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Love, Bonito brand and its mission to empower women.
• Strong people‑person with excellent communication skills.
• Proven supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
• Performance‑driven, able to meet sales goals and deliver results.
• Open to feedback, collaborative, and hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.
