Retail Training Specialist – Singapore

About the role

As a Retail Training Specialist for Pandora in Singapore, you will drive learning and capability development across the store network. The role combines hands‑on training delivery, in‑store coaching and the creation of local learning initiatives to elevate the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging onboarding, product knowledge and customer‑experience training.
• Activate global and Asia learning programmes locally, ensuring practical application on the sales floor.
• Identify Singapore‑specific capability needs and develop targeted learning initiatives.
• Maintain a strong field presence to observe interactions, provide coaching and reinforce learning.
• Partner with Store Managers to enhance their coaching capability and support team development.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Retail Operations and the Asia Training team to align priorities and share market insights.
• Use field observations, mystery‑shopping data and performance indicators to shape learning actions.
• Evaluate the impact of learning interventions and continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training, learning & development, field coaching or multi‑store retail leadership.
• Background in luxury, premium jewellery, fashion or other high‑touch retail environments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience and selling behaviours.
• Proven ability to develop and facilitate practical learning experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across retail organisations.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently with strong ownership.
