About the role
We are seeking a reliable Return Point Handler to ensure our reverse vending machines (RVMs) operate smoothly across Singapore. You will be responsible for maintaining the machines, handling collections, and delivering excellent customer service at each return point.
Key responsibilities
- Clear jams and resolve minor technical issues in RVMs.
- Empty and replace collection bins and wipe down internal components.
- Maintain a clean and organized return point for a positive customer experience.
- Record and report machine faults or technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of returns and collections.
Required profile
- Ability to move swiftly between points within the East region of Singapore.
- Strong customer service orientation, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
