Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation for our hotel portfolio in Singapore. The role involves analysing market data, managing distribution channels and driving pricing strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse competitive intelligence to inform pricing and marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with VP Revenue Management to improve data collection and ensure accurate distribution.
• Monitor and evaluate new programmes, product initiatives and their impact on revenue performance.
• Maintain rate parity across all channels and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory controls and pricing strategies aligned with market competitiveness.
• Provide monthly and quarterly channel management analysis and revenue potential reports.
• Oversee OTA partnerships, ensuring correct inventory, rates and compliance with brand standards.
• Analyse short‑ and long‑term decisions affecting occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field from a recognised institution.
• 4‑5 years progressive experience in hotel revenue management.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Opera Cloud PMS.
• Revenue Management System (RMS) and advanced BI tools.
• Channel manager systems such as Siteminder.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
