Risk Services AI Factory – AI Engineer (Associate to Assistant Manager)

About the role

PWC’s Risk Services AI Factory is looking for AI Engineers at Associate, Senior Associate and Assistant Manager levels. You will help design and deliver AI‑driven solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack applications with seamless front‑ and back‑end integration.
• Understand business processes and create agentic products that meet client needs.
• Develop reliable data pipelines and model‑serving infrastructure, implementing testing, monitoring and CI/CD practices.
• Deploy solutions to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate client requirements into technical plans and lead delivery and project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior Associate level; minimum 5 years for Assistant Manager level.
• Proven ability to develop and implement full‑stack applications and manage data pipelines.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines and stakeholder communication (Assistant Manager level).
