Risk Services – Governance, Risk & Compliance Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Risk Services practice as a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Associate. You will support a team of GRC professionals delivering assurance and advisory services to clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with internal audit, pre‑IPO internal controls, and IT general controls reviews.
• Conduct Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance assessments and grant certification audits.
• Support enterprise risk management projects and other risk advisory engagements.
• Utilise data‑analytics and technology‑driven tools to analyse client data and identify risk exposures.
• When not assigned to GRC work, provide short‑term support to external audit teams for foundational learning.

Required profile

• Final‑year accountancy student (or non‑accounting graduate with strong interest in GRC).
• Strong academic record and active involvement in co‑curricular activities.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
