Risk Services Operational & Technology Resilience Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Risk Services practice, focusing on operational and technology resilience. You will work with clients to embed measures that prevent, respond to, recover from, and learn from operational disruptions across critical services, technology, data, premises, and people.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational and technology resilience policies, frameworks, and standards for clients.
• Conduct resilience reviews, including Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery, to assess current state and create improvement roadmaps.
• Design end‑to‑end resilience/BCM programmes, covering risk assessment, scenario analysis, business impact assessment, policy development, and playbook creation.
• Build integrated crisis‑management structures, protocols, and plans to streamline client response processes.
• Support and lead training exercises, business continuity drills, and crisis‑management simulations to validate resilience capabilities.
• Assist or lead project workstreams, sharing knowledge and providing on‑the‑job coaching to teammates.
