Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and corridors are impeccably clean and welcoming, contributing to a memorable stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will follow the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clean and comfortable rooms for guests.
• Maintain immaculate guest‑room corridors and public areas.
• Vacuum corridor carpets daily after room cleaning.
• Stock and keep cleaning trolleys organized.
• Complete scheduled deep‑cleaning tasks within set timeframes.
• Respect guest privacy at all times.
• Adhere to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Organise personal workflow to finish all assigned duties before shift end.

Required profile

• Ability to follow SOPs and house‑keeping standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest privacy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Physical stamina for cleaning and moving equipment.
