Sales Account Manager – Corporate Training

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive revenue by engaging corporate clients, understanding their training needs, and promoting both public and customized courses. You will act as the primary liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain relationships within assigned client segments to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve client issues by coordinating with internal departments.
• Advise clients on relevant IT and business certifications.
• Provide weekly sales performance reports to management.
• Achieve defined business objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, and marketing to ensure successful course delivery.
• Research market trends and competitor offerings to uncover new opportunities.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and enhance company visibility.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience, preferably in training, education or professional development.
• Minimum diploma in any field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Account Manager.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
