Sales Account Manager – East Region (Semiconductor)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead our East region efforts within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and grow revenue in semiconductor fabs, assembly and test facilities, OSATs, and electronics manufacturers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while continuously hunting for new leads within assigned customers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell company products and services, demonstrating features and benefits.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and project discussions.

Required profile

• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, OSAT, assembly and packaging, or related engineering/technology fields.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking capabilities to handle diverse product models and customer requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Team player who is meticulous, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
