Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join DVI Solutions and manage and grow relationships with B2B customers across our SaaS and software solutions. This role offers the chance to develop new business opportunities, drive adoption of our solutions and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers, understanding their business needs and building long‑term partnerships.
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and other sales channels.
• Own the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to presentations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross‑selling, renewals and identifying additional solution opportunities.
• Conduct regular account reviews, proactively identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Customer Success and Operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, software or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in both Business Development and Account Management.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Commercially driven, proactive and results‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
