Sales Administrator – Contract (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. You will support the sales and procurement functions, ensuring smooth order processing, supplier coordination, and accurate inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Process purchase orders, monitor shipments, and perform goods receipt and quality checks.
• Maintain inventory records, handle receivables, and generate invoices and delivery orders.
• Perform general purchasing administration, including RFQ processing and order verification.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, month‑end reports, and compile GST data.
• Handle payments to suppliers and perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• ‘N’ level or higher with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Junior executive level, able to work a 5‑day week.
• Available for the contract period from October 2026 to June 2027.
