Sales and Operations Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to join our Singapore team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the General Manager Asia, you will lead our sales and day‑to‑day operations, developing initiatives that grow our business and customer base while delivering an exceptional experience across every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the Allpress business and customer base in Singapore.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans.
• Manage sales priorities across new business development, inbound enquiries and existing customer accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers, proactively responding to their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the Singapore team, managing performance and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including stock control, monthly stocktakes, quality standards and supplier relationships.
• Work closely with regional and global leaders to deliver the wider business strategy.
