Sales Assistant Manager – Interior Design

About the role

As a Sales Assistant Manager at VAVA Interior and Construction, you will be the bridge between clients and our design team, helping them translate renovation ideas into reality. You will guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial consultation to project hand‑over, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their renovation needs and style preferences.
• Develop and present design concepts, material selections, and furnishing options.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain a cohesive project approach.
• Support the project manager on optional project‑management tasks.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products and material innovations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in interior design, sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for interior design and a desire to learn and grow.
