About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to join our team across Singapore. In this junior‑executive position you will support the sales function by building relationships with customers and helping drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Present and explain product offerings to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and inform strategy.
Required profile
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in handling rejection and maintaining motivation.
- Good product knowledge and the ability to learn new offerings quickly.
- Basic math skills for transaction handling.
- Customer‑service mindset with a focus on delivering value.
