Sales Associate – Lighting & Bathroom Showroom

About the role

Fuku is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join its retail team in Jurong East. You will help customers, drive sales and make sure the in-store experience is positive. The role works six days a week, from 10:30am to 8:30pm, with your off day falling on a weekday.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and give product recommendations
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Keep the showroom clean, displays neat and stock arranged
• Coordinate with the team on stock availability and deliveries
• Support daily retail operations and work toward sales targets

Required profile

• Friendly, proactive and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication skills
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Willingness to learn about lighting and bathroom products
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours

What we offer

• Salary of $2,500 to $2,800 per month, with potential to exceed $3,000 depending on experience (negotiable)
• Sales commission available
