About the role
As the Sales & Community Manager at Nudgyt, you will bridge our AI‑driven learning platform with a growing community of early adopters, forward‑thinking clients, and strategic partners. You will drive customer acquisition, nurture community engagement, and turn feedback into product improvements, helping to turn abstract learning into real‑world action.
Key responsibilities
- Support customer acquisition and revenue growth through community‑focused initiatives.
- Design, launch and manage community programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and community members, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep the community healthy and ensure sustainable customer acquisition.
- Produce detailed metrics linking community engagement to sales outcomes and report progress to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment that drives new customer acquisition and enhances the AI Coach and AI‑powered community.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- At least two examples of managing multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Proven ability to create and maintain sales pipelines.
- Experience handling four or more stakeholder groups.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
