Sales Consultant – Caregiver Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. You will help families find suitable caregivers that match their medical and social needs, guiding them through the entire contracting process. This role reports directly to the General Manager and offers a fast‑paced environment with strong earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, presenting caregiver options that align with their requirements.
• Drive sales volume through timely follow‑ups and professional relationship management.
• Provide accurate information on policies, procedures and services to clients.
• Complete all compliance paperwork to ensure contracts are closed correctly.
• Represent the company confidently in client and partner interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses and medical centres.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage a 5‑day work week with occasional Saturdays.
• Service‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
