Sales Coordinator – Customer & Order Management

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery and invoicing. This full‑time position is based at our Jurong Island office in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Coordinate and process orders, monitor delivery status and liaise with warehouse and logistics providers.
• Prepare accurate invoices based on order details and manage invoice records after delivery.
• Alert supervisors on daily orders, inventory status and special customer requests.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and monitor payment terms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, expiry dates, halal status and shipment details.
• Manage reserved stock and inventory for food‑service customers.
• Provide ad‑hoc sales support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail in order and invoice processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers through multiple channels.
• Organised approach to tracking inventory and payment terms.
