Sales Coordinator (Electronics Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our electronics manufacturing operations. You will act as a bridge between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery fulfilment.
• Prepare sales and purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes and shipping documentation for local and overseas deliveries.
• Support quotation activities for new enquiries and maintain accurate sales, purchase order and inventory records.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules and stock availability while promptly resolving coordination issues.
• Assist with sales administration and other operational support duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales coordination or order processing experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), electronics manufacturing or the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player with keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
