About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to deliver world‑class customer care and support our sales team in achieving monthly targets. You will act as the primary administrative hub for sales representatives, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 100% administrative support to sales reps to help meet team sales targets.
• Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, build sustainable relationships, and deliver accurate information using appropriate tools.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven customer support experience or strong ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and a team‑player mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
• Self‑starter with a focus on getting things done and delighting customers.
• High reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
