About the role
The Sales Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely quotations and excellent service throughout the sales process. This junior‑executive position offers a fast‑paced environment where you can develop your sales and administrative skills.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately.
- Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred; candidates without experience are welcome.
- Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
