Sales Coordinator – SAP, Immediate Start, Up to $3.5k

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage sales orders, documentation and shipment coordination in our Singapore office. The role supports the sales team by ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with vendors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete, verified, and properly documented.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize all sales‑related documentation, including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and collection of parcels, equipment, and materials.
• Handle trade‑related documentation and support import/export shipment processes.
• Liaise with vendors and customers on billing and payment matters.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage office‑wide email correspondence professionally.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of new tasks and processes.
• Assist the Head of Department with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Experience in administrative functions is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including data handling, reporting, and document formatting.
