About the role
The Sales Coordinator (West) will support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate sales records. This junior position works closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and provides frontline customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Maintain and update sales, customer and vendor records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and order processing.
- Follow up on purchase orders, customer payments and service agreements as needed.
- Generate simple sales reports.
- Provide customer support, handle enquiries and assist with sales and marketing activities.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration or customer service.
- Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications
What we offer
- Permanent contract.
- Junior executive level position.
- Monthly salary range SGD 2,500 – 3,000.
