Sales Designer

About the role

The Sales Designer will act as the bridge between customers and our interior renovation solutions, helping clients translate their renovation ideas into practical flooring, carpentry and interior design options. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the sales, design and installation teams to deliver tailored proposals and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and assess customers’ renovation requirements.
• Recommend appropriate flooring, carpentry and interior design solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and basic design concepts.
• Present products and design ideas to customers in person.
• Follow up leads, nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a keen interest in interior design and renovation.
• Prior experience in flooring or carpentry is highly preferred.
• Sales or interior‑design experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
