Sales Development Representative (APAC)

About the role

Horizon3.ai is seeking its first Sales Development Representative to help expand its customer base across the APAC region. You will work closely with a knowledgeable team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and connect potential customers with the appropriate sales experts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Promptly follow up on inbound leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Craft professional communications that create a strong first impression with prospects.
• Utilize prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai to research and qualify leads.
• Coordinate scheduling, calendaring, and handoff processes with assigned sales representatives.
• Track leads, maintain agility in follow‑up, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the sales development process.
