About the role
The Business Development Manager drives company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This role focuses on revenue generation, client acquisition, and long‑term commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities through networking, outreach, and market analysis.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, manage sales pipelines, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to create proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful deal execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics, evaluate business development efforts, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and market expansion.
- Represent the company to strengthen brand presence and support strategic initiatives.
